We are humans providing human experience, support, creativity, reflection, encouragement, education, and sacred space.

2. Not Medical, Legal, Financial, or Mental Health Advice

Embrace Change LLC does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, psychiatric, nutritional, or licensed healthcare services unless explicitly stated in writing and provided by an appropriately licensed professional.

Our offerings are not a substitute for:

Financial advice

Emergency services

Licensed nutrition or medical bariatric care

Diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or condition

3. Spiritual, Energy, and Healing Arts Disclaimer

These experiences are offered for personal reflection, relaxation, self-awareness, spiritual exploration, creativity, and peer support. We do not guarantee specific physical, emotional, financial, relational, legal, medical, spiritual, or life outcomes.

Any spiritual or energetic language used by Embrace Change LLC is intended as symbolic, reflective, intuitive, creative, and supportive. You remain fully responsible for your own choices, interpretations, actions, and decisions.

4. Peer Support Boundary

Some offerings may include lived-experience support, including but not limited to bariatric journey support, life transition support, grief support, body image reflection, menopause or life-stage conversation, childless-not-by-choice support, creative healing, and personal transformation.

Peer support means shared human experience, encouragement, education, and community-based support. It does not create a provider-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or licensed professional relationship.

5. Payments, Currency, and Booking

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due in full at the time of booking or purchase. Your booking, order, registration, or reservation is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

By submitting payment, you agree that:

You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

The information you provide is accurate.

You understand the nature of the offering you are purchasing.

You agree to these Terms & Conditions.

6. No Refunds / All Sales Final

All sales are final.

Embrace Change LLC does not offer refunds, returns, chargebacks, exchanges, or credits for completed purchases, booked sessions, missed appointments, digital products, event tickets, ceremonies, classes, workshops, or services unless required by applicable law or unless Embrace Change LLC makes an exception in writing.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Change of mind

Scheduling conflicts

Missed sessions

Late arrival

Technology issues on the client/customer side

Personal interpretation of the experience

Dissatisfaction based on expected outcome

Failure to attend an event or appointment

Failure to read the offering description before purchase

7. Concerns, Questions, or Service Issues

If you have a concern about a purchase, session, event, or experience, please contact Embrace Change LLC within 30 days of the purchase or service date.

We will review concerns in good faith. Contacting us does not guarantee a refund, credit, replacement, or adjustment. All sales remain final unless Embrace Change LLC determines otherwise in writing or unless required by applicable law.

8. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Missed Appointments

Clients and participants are responsible for attending at the scheduled time.

Embrace Change LLC may, at its discretion, allow rescheduling if notice is provided within the timeframe stated on the booking page or event description.

If no specific rescheduling policy is listed for an offering, the default policy is:

Missed appointments are not refundable.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

No-shows are considered completed and are not eligible for refund or credit.

Rescheduling is not guaranteed.

Embrace Change LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session, event, class, or offering due to illness, emergency, weather, safety concerns, low enrollment, technology failure, or other circumstances. If Embrace Change LLC cancels an offering, we may provide a rescheduled date, credit, replacement offering, or other reasonable remedy at our discretion.

9. Personal Responsibility

By participating in any Embrace Change LLC offering, you acknowledge that personal growth, spiritual exploration, creative expression, emotional reflection, and community participation may bring up feelings, memories, discomfort, grief, insight, or unexpected responses.

You agree to take responsibility for your own wellbeing, choices, boundaries, participation, and aftercare.

You may pause, opt out, step away, or decline participation in any activity that does not feel appropriate for you.

You are responsible for seeking appropriate licensed support when needed.

10. Community Conduct

Embrace Change LLC is intended to be a respectful, inclusive, and human-centered space.

Participants agree not to engage in:

Harassment

Threats

Hate speech

Discrimination

Bullying

Sexual misconduct

Disruptive behavior

Exploitation of other participants

Unauthorized recording

Sharing private information from circles, sessions, or groups

Unsafe conduct at in-person events

Embrace Change LLC reserves the right to remove any person from an event, session, community space, or online group without refund if their conduct is unsafe, harmful, disruptive, or inconsistent with the integrity of the space.

11. Confidentiality and Privacy in Group Spaces

We ask all participants to respect the privacy of others.

However, Embrace Change LLC cannot guarantee confidentiality in group settings, public events, online platforms, social media spaces, or community circles.

Please use discernment when sharing personal information.

12. Photos, Video, and Media

Some events may include photography, video, audio, or social media content.

If media may be captured at an event, Embrace Change LLC will make reasonable efforts to notify participants. By attending an event where photography or video is taking place, you may be granting permission for your likeness, voice, image, artwork, or participation to be used for Embrace Change LLC marketing, documentation, education, or promotional purposes.

If you do not want to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing before the event and again upon arrival.

13. Digital Products and Downloadable Materials

Digital products, PDFs, recordings, templates, meditations, worksheets, guides, rituals, written materials, and online resources are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, resell, reproduce, distribute, teach, publish, upload, share, or commercially exploit Embrace Change LLC materials without written permission.

All digital product sales are final.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the Embrace Change LLC website and related platforms, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, branding, images, photographs, rituals, worksheets, frameworks, event names, designs, videos, recordings, meditations, written materials, and creative concepts, belongs to Embrace Change LLC or is used with permission.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of Embrace Change LLC offerings.
